1. Commitment of SiS-VietNam
- SiS-VietNam is committed to conducting business with the highest standards of ethics, transparency and compliance with the law.
- We have zero tolerance for any form of corruption, bribery, fraud or abuse of power.
- This policy reflects international standards of business ethics, is compatible with the Microsoft Code of Conduct style, and complies with Vietnam's Anti-Corruption Law and related legal regulations.
2. Scope of Application
This policy applies to:
- Board of Directors, managers, employees of SiS-VietNam
- Seasonal workers, collaborators
- Partners, suppliers, agents, consultants and third parties when working with SiS-VietNam
All of the above subjects must comply with this policy when representing or related to the activities of SiS-VietNam.
3. Core Principles
SiS-VietNam operates on the following principles:

- Compliance with laws and ethical standards
- No exceptions are accepted for business interests
If an act cannot be publicly explained or damages the reputation of SiS-VietNam, it is not allowed to be performed.
4. Definitions
4.1. Corruption
It is an act of abusing positions and powers to seek personal benefits or for other organizations or individuals in an illegal way.
4.2. Bribery
It is the direct or indirect giving, receiving, promise or acceptance of money, property or other benefits in order to influence business, managerial or administrative decisions.
4.3. Conflict of Interest
It is a situation in which personal interests may affect or are believed to affect the objectivity of work at SiS-VietNam.
5. Absolute Prohibition of Bribery and Facilitation Payments
SiS-VietNam strictly prohibits:
- Give, receive, or broker bribes in any form
- "Facilitation payments" to expedite processes, evade legal obligations, or unauthorize a third party's decision
This regulation applies to both the public and private sectors, at home and abroad.
6. Gifts, Reception and Related Expenses
6.1. General Principles
Gifts and hospitality are only allowed when:
- Consistent with legitimate business purposes
- Having reasonable value and transparency
- Not intended to influence business decisions
6.2. Prohibited Acts
The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Gifts in cash or cash equivalents
- Luxury gifts, personal services, non-work-related travel
- Gifts or expenses for public officials to influence decisions
7. Prevention of Conflicts of Interest
SiS-VietNam staff are responsible for:
- Disclosure of personal and financial relationships that may cause conflicts of interest
- Not participating in or influencing decisions related to relatives or organizations related to interests
SiS-VietNam reserves the right to request that employees withdraw from the decision-making process when there is a risk of conflict of interest.
8. Financial and Bookkeeping Transparency
- All financial transactions must be recorded truthfully, accurately and fully
- Don't create or conceal illegal payments
- Do not falsify documents, invoices or reports
9. Responsibilities to Partners and Third Parties
SiS-VietNam expects partners:
- Compliance with laws and business ethics standards
- Do not commit corrupt acts on behalf of SiS-VietNam
SiS-VietNam has the right to:
- Suspension or termination of cooperation
- Refuse payment if a violation of this policy is found
10. Reporting Violations and Protection of Whistleblowers
10.1. Reporting Violations
Any individual can report violations through:
- Direct management
- Human Resources Department
- SiS-VietNam's internal ethics reporting channel
10.2. No Retaliation
SiS-VietNam prohibits any form of retaliation against an honest whistleblower, including:
- Dismissal, demotion
- Pressure, discrimination
- Unfair negative reviews
Any act of retaliation is considered a serious violation.
11. Handling of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Internal discipline
- Termination of employment contract
- Transfer the dossier to the authorities in accordance with the law
12. Responsibilities of Leaders
SiS-VietNam's Board of Directors:
- Setting an example of ethics and compliance
- Ensure the policy is effectively enforced
- Responsible for environmental integrity within the scope of management
13. Training and Commitment to Compliance
- New employees receive policy training when joining SiS-VietNam
- Periodic training is organized to raise awareness
- Employees are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with this policy
14. Validity
This policy takes effect from the date of publication and is reviewed and updated periodically to ensure compliance with the law and SiS-VietNam's operational practices.
